Host Crystal Fox grew up in survival mode, gained success only to burn out and hit her breaking after 3 miscarriages. She had come to terms that no one was coming to save her and that she needed to find her voice again. Crystal decided to start Crystal Ball, Clarity of it All as a way to find her voice by sharing her mental health journey and welcomes authors, therapists , coaches and other mental health advocates to share on just how they persevered through the fog into clarity.
