while taking a photo of the barge carefully dropping stones into the sea to form part of the new sea defences I looked down and saw this..
a plaque that I hadn't seen before - then I took a closer look and saw the "23" Phew - this is a new one, and not one I'd missed!
I'm guessing Paul could be related to Carmen, Sacha and Jade #bench0337?
