So I went to banco de oro sm branch, to pay my fire insurance. First time ko uli to visit the branch to pay over the counter after 2 and a half years. So i filled up the payment slip. And meron sa right side ng denomination, pieces, total. 4k something un babayaran ko. Pero ang pera ko was 5pcs of 1k. So un ang nilagay ko. Nung nasa counter nako, i gave the slip and un e- copy ng babayaran ko to the teller. So i waited, then she gave me the machine validated copy ng payment slip ko. I was waiting for the sukli. And nainis sya, kasi magkano daw ba babayaran ko. Kasi 5k daw un nilagay ko don sa slip. I told her, kaya ko nga binigay sau un fone ko for you to see. Then si teller umattitude. Dapat daw ang sinusulat ko e un amount ng babayaran ko. Sabi ko, e wala naman amount to pay na nakalagay jan. Un pera ko na ibabayad un nilagay ko. E 5pcs of 1k un. And sorry ha, malay ko ba na ganyan pala dapat ilagay. E total Amount under ng denomination / pcs ang nakalagay don. Sana kung total amount to pay pa. Anyway, got the sukli and moved to the general service area to clarify some issue regarding my homeloan. So I told my concern to one of the ladies attending there, kasi naman bdo deducted 46k from my account this month. But guess what, they told me they do not have the access daw sa homeloan account ko. Really? I have to call daw the collection department. Banko na un pinuntahan ko pero wala silang access?! Anway that 46k was para for my homeloan this month. Kaso, 21k less lang ang monthly amort ko. Ok, given na nagaadjust sila sa mga previous months na hindi sila nagdeduct or due to pandemic. Pero, few months ago, abnormal na un mga dinededuct nila. 25k, siguro because of the interest. There was one month pa na after 3 or 4 days, nagdeduct uli sila from my account while kakabawas lang nila. Never got the chance to ask them kasi i was abroad at that time and naintindihan ko naman na nagaadjust nga. Pero, the problem is. Kung because of pandemic, diba dapat maayos naman un system nila sa pagbawas. Pandemic nga, hindi naman may sweldo at that time. At kun may pera man sa atm, hindi naman para sa kanila un to deduct agad agad, where is the bayanihan there. And sana man lang may fix rate sila kung magaadjust man. The problem with bdo, makaamoy lang na may laman un atm. They immediately bawas agad kung anong trip nila, without even sending us notice or explanation kung para saan and how. Anyway, last december. I thought ok na uli, kasi binawasan nila ko ng normal or real amount ng amort ko. The usual na dinededuct nila from me nun wala pang corona. No interest or additional. But january came, was shocked dahil 46k ang binawas nila. I called their hotline and was told wait until friday daw kasi they made a report na daw at may tatawag sakin. But no one, ever did call me to explain. After 1 week i called again pero nacut, i dont know why.. But its already weekend, so i just have to wait until monday to call them again. Hay BDO, ang gulo ng sistema nyo ha. Nakakatakot maglagay ng pera sa accoun nyo. Bigla nyo na lang kinakaltasan. Bayanihan yan? Ano motto nyo, kunin nyo na bago namin pakinabangan. Hindi nyo alam, na binubudget din namin un mga pera namin. Tas kayo makadeduct. Lets see what's gonna happen next....
