Friday Feelings

I've been feeling a bit down lately for no reason and I guess you could say that there were times I felt guilty for feeling down. However, recalling my therapy sessions, I remembered that there really are days when you would feel blue and you don't have to deny yourself of that feeling. It's completely normal to not be okay and it's okay for one to feel that way. We're humans. We feel different things on different days. Don't beat yourself up for not being okay. Do not deny what you feel. Embrace it. Accept it. Be okay with it.

Once again, always be kind to yourself.
