What do I do exactly?

While I train clients and help them reach their health, fitness and happiness goals, I understand that affording a personal trainer is not an option for everyone.

So, I donate a lot of my time help others out with their health and happiness goals, and always show love, encouragement and support!

I do this through free fitness and nutrition challenges, run an a free online community and write about ways that help others reach their goals, step-by-step! I am also always happy to help if you contact me directly!

I do not charge for this because I want everyone to have the opportunity and understanding on how to to transform their confidence, mindset and life.

I have been down, being unkind to myself and neglecting my health in the past. I changed all that and now it is time for others to do the same! I walk shoulder-to-shoulder with you to enable you to that!
