I am currently planning out exactly how I will keep mine.

I want to lose some body fat, increase my energy levels and get back to feeling good & loving myself.

I have been dragged backwards with some recent anxiety and depression. But I am getting proactive in my quest to be my healthy, happy self again!

I am sharing my plan with you, and the exercises you can do to create a plan for yourself. If you follow it, it will bring you results and consistency, whatever your resolution!
