Analysis of the remains of several personnel (?) found nearby narrows the date to about 4200 local cycles B.T., placing it within a local century of the Hall of Records on Von Koch Island. Were both buildings the handiwork of the race of stellar explorers who seeded ancient earth and other solar twins with monitoring devices?
