The Sunken City got its name from the natural landslide that occurred in the Point Fermin area of the San Pedro neighborhood in Los Angeles in 1929.
I got the chance to explore this area while on tour with Lemuria. Parts of it was very unstable but at no point was I worried about falling. It was quite the site to see in person.
