I’m a cultural nomad who used to call Syria home. Now, home is Warsaw, Poland where I’ve founded Dervish Kitchen, a Deli specializing in authentic Syrian vegetarian Mezze.

I created this space to be my virtual kitchen table where I can talk to you not just about cooking but also about MY Syria before it became synonyms with war and strife: peaceful yet bustling with life, good people and good food.
