The Salt Paradox

The Salt Paradox

Nov 17, 2021

Are you addicted to salt? Yes, that flavor enhancing crystal-like substance that most people are unwittingly sprinkling all over their food.

I know almost every chef, health guru, and even the homesteaders are pushing for the consumption of salt.

Which is curious because we need sodium to keep us healthy not salt which is actually mainly sodium chloride which is thought to be toxic to the human body.

Salt is also toxic to the soil and from what I've experienced on farms - toxic to the animals.

Are you now wondering what salt could possibly do to your body and health?

According to the information in The Great Salt Controversy salt causes sodium molecules to clump in the blood. Salt reverses ion magnetism and pulls the guts from your cells.

The affected cells can no longer eat anything and they will shrivel and die. Four little bitty grains of salt - including sea salt - destroy approximately two million red blood cells.

It takes at least 3 hours to replace the blood cells and about 24 hours to cleanse the dead cells.

During those processes important nutrients are leached from the blood and body. As a result, salt speeds aging.

The craving for salt is symptomatic of a mineral deficiency.

I think the reason salt has been pushed is that it "stimulates" the economy and it causes people to want to consume more food to feed their body.

Think about it!
