Scouting players on top football teams is an investment that costs millions of dollars, but has traditionally relied on subjective human observation and passive data analysis, IBM and Seville explained.
The two companies expected that Scout Advisors will be able to further strengthen Seville's competitiveness in recruiting players by bridging the gap between scouting and human-centered observation based on quantitative indicators.
