Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas

  • 1 Cup of Coconut flour

  • 1 Scoop of protein

  • 1/2 Cup of coconut milk

  • 8 eggs

Method

  • Step 1

    Smash the bananas until you get a porridges

  • Step 2

    Add the coconut milk slowly

  • Step 3

    Optional you can add 1 scoop of protein

  • Step 4

    Add the coconut flour and mix it

  • Step5

    Add the eggs (8)

  • Step 6

    Add the berries to the mixture

  • Step 7

    Heat the pan over medium heat and grease

  • Step 8
