I’m starting their journey of small increment learning with the Drafts App.
With Drafts, you can take notes or any text on the fly and get them out of your head ready to be actioned. With its quick capture feature for iPhone, iPad, or Mac users as well as an Apple Watch it is now easier than ever before to be more productive!
Why Drafts First?
Why because capturing information into your system, your workflow is possibly the most important step in the entire process.
Drafts is a Notes app but not just any old notes application. Drafts app has a lot of insane features that make it perfect for capture and better yet it is effortless capture. I've got the next 21 days (technically 22 but I started yesterday) I will dive deep into Drafts and share the process along the way.
My first impression of this iteration of Drafts is Holy Cow. I mean I used Drafts for a few years when it first launched but left after Evernote became a pain in the assets. You see I was using drafts as the first stage for getting my thoughts into Evernote. While I was stuck in limbo I went to Apple Notes and never really left. Don't get me wrong I absolutely love Apple Notes but the interoperability of Drafts is (explicative) incredible as we will see over the course of the next few weeks.
I know right? What does this mean for you? Well, you can follow along for the ride as a lurker. You can join the journey and hop on the drafts train with me. Start by downloading the application for macOS, iOS, or iPadOS, or all three like me. Oh wait all four because watchOS is available for those with an Appel Watch too, did I mention the dictation is pretty awesome by the way. I’ll drop the links below. Or lastly, you can just watch and support from the sideline, I won’t judge you 🤞🏽.
This is Day 2 of 22, See you tomorrow!
