Let’s face it, every 90 days life changes whether we like it or not.

  6. Stay Organized: Staying organized is a key part of staying proactive and preventative. Make sure that you have a system in place that allows you to keep track of your progress and tasks.

Make sure that you are getting enough rest and exercise, and that you are eating a healthy, balanced diet. Taking care of your health can help you stay focused and energized.
