Hey Squirrel friends!
Like most photographers this year whose work has unfortunately been impacted by you-know-what, my lens has seen an awful lot of flowers throughout the past few months. It's funny that it took a worldwide lockdown for me to focus on photography subjects that I've always been interested in but never had the time to experiment with but hey ho! I wanted to approach my work here in the same way that I would do a food & drink shoot; giving each flower, plant or tree a certain personality & look whilst still maintaining my vibrant style. I also used sprinklers & hoses in a few shots to try & achieve a sparkling look & to add a little action to my subjects.
So here we are, a collection of nature images that have been taken around London & Kent over the past couple of months. As I mentioned above, this is a new photography area for me so please do let me know what you think of my work (be kind!!)
