Set in Sydney, this magical-realism drama, tells the story of April – an endearing 30yo woman, struggling to break out of society’s cookie-cutter mold for success and happiness.
Deep Pockets, Empty Hearts is a journey into self-discovery and self-acceptance. A film dedicated to anyone who feels disconnected from modern society and from themselves. It’s about finding new perspectives of life and appreciating what is really important to us as human beings: the freedom to be ourselves.
