When I see headline such as this after the stock was decimated last week, to me that means that insiders are trying to tell the story (pump up the stock) about their acquisition.
Stock is 3.14 now but premarket price is 9.5% higher to 3.45. If it drops at open i might snatch some more shares. I highly believe this could be $4 by the end of the week. And then it should go even higher.
I bought the shares at 2.02 and then at 2.65 when i wrote last week. I might even buy more today. I believe this stock could be a slam dunk.
