About ebbandflow
sharing stories, teaching yoga, and creating big-hearted community
Hey, 👋 I'm Lindsey!
I'm wildly passionate about bringing people together through my work as a storyteller and yoga teacher. In doing so, I am always striving to advance my education through coursework, advanced trainings, and literature.
Through heartfelt integration, I offer the very tools and modalities that have accompanied my healing journey, to you, my community.
If you're able to, I invite you to support my work in any small way that you can.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
