Eeco Rijken Rapp is a Dutch pianist, vocalist, and educator, and a full-time touring musician specializing in boogie woogie and blues. For nearly two decades he has brought energetic, authentic piano music to concert halls, festivals, clubs, and theaters across Europe and the United States. A student of jazz pianist Rob Agerbeek, he has shared the stage with Little Willie Littlefield, Axel Zwingenberger, Paul Kuhn, Nicki Parrott, Lila Ammons, Frank Muschalle, Chris Hopkins, and many others. As pianist and singer of Boogielicious and leader of the Eeco Swing & Boogie Express, he combines the tradition of the great piano masters — Albert Ammons, Monty Alexander, Ray Bryant, Count Basie — with his own improvisational voice. Off stage, teaching is central to his work. Through YouTube and online tutorials he shares practical lessons, performance tips, and the joy of improvisation with a worldwide audience. His mission is simple: get people to the piano, enjoy the process of making music, and keep the spirit of swing alive — one note at a time.
