Affirmations are designed to help you feel positive, healthy, strong, secure, in control and powerful.  It helps to cancel out any feelings of negativity that you may be feeling.  It helps you to stay connected to what is the truth and not the lies of the gaslighting abuse.  


Using affirmations is needed to overcome the feeling of weakness, low esteem, trauma, mistreatment, harm, injury that can happen from being involved with an abusive person or an abusive place.

Below I have listed some very powerful spiritual practice affirmations that you can add for your healing and recovery journey from abuse.
