Different Scriptures That Speaks About Meditation.

Jan 06, 2022

Using meditation as one of many spiritual practices or spiritual routines can provide your spirit and your soul with inner calmness and peace.  Spending meditation time allows you the ability to get a better understanding, knowledge and insight as to how you are feeling.

Also meditation time will allow you to focus on what areas of your life need your attention.  By having a conversation with yourself during your meditation time you will get to discover who you are deep down in your heart, deep down in the essence of your soul.  Meditation will bring in inner peace and provide inner wisdom.

Another very important benefit for adding meditation to your spiritual practice is to protect you from being under a negative attack or even to avoid being spiritually overtaken and possessed by wicked, evil, negative demonic, ghost, goblins, serpents, witches, sorcerer, medium, warlock, necromancer, and negative occultist spirits.
