When Is The Best Time To Meditate?

Meditating during the same time each day can help with establishing a steady habit.  Having a routine in plan will allow for constant benefits. When you awaken is a great way to provide you with a great start for your day. It gives you a great energetic booth that will help to support whatever comes your way during the day.  Before bedtime is also a very good time to meditate.  It is a quiet time that can help with reflections.

Where Is The Best Place To Meditate?

Find a location where you will not be interrupted, or feel uncomfortable.  You can decorate your assigned meditation spot with candles, flowers, pictures, aroma therapy.  You can also select a location that is out in nature, near water, on the sand, pretty landscape, mountain top, a nice scenic area.  Created a meditation area that provides you with inspiration, motivation, encouragement.  Create a soothing and cozy cushion to sit on that is designed for your meditation, reflection and mindfulness time.

Make A Promise To Yourself To Meditate.

Make sure you are clear on the benefits and your purpose for adding meditation as part of your spiritual practice. Put your total focus on the amount of time you will put in for meditation.  Remember that 30 minutes of meditation, reflection and mindfulness will provide you with a better reward and quicker results than just 5 minute per day. Five minutes per day would provide you with more positive results than Fifteen minutes per week. Checking in with your inner spirit every day would be the best result that can lead to satisfying improvement to your spirit.

During your journey into meditation there are particular amounts of time that you will have to put in and that would be necessary in order to reach a sure outcome in your meditation practice.

  5. 60 minutes: Can cause an increase to the gray matter in the brain.  Can improve learning abilities, increase IQ, improve memory.
