We wonder about what heaven will look like. I've heard tell of marvelous things from people who have had visions, or out-of-body experiences. It's amazing how many of these accounts confirm each other. It should not be all difficult to fathom, as Paul himself had such an experience.

2Co 12:2-5  I know a man in Christ fourteen years before (whether in the body, I do not know; or outside of the body, I do not know; God knows) such a one was caught up to the third Heaven.  (3)  And I know such a man (whether in the body, or outside of the body, I do not know; God knows),  (4)  that he was caught up into Paradise and heard unspeakable words, which it is not allowed for a man to utter.  (5)  I will glory of such a one, yet I will not boast on my behalf, except in my weaknesses.

"I will glory of such a one..." Paul took great comfort having had a glimpse of what was beyond. Undoubtedly his experience gave him tremendous boldness. But what do you wonder? When you lie in your bed at night thinking of that realm, where does your mind take you? Sometimes I wonder of the design. Christ the groom and His Church the bride... what are the offspring? What is birthed from that union? Because... that IS the design. Yet, we really have no idea, do we? He IS a creator. It is who He is, and it is what He does. He creates. Can you imagine an eternity of watching first hand His handiwork? Perhaps universes are yet to be conceived because class is not yet in session!

At the end of The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, Reepicheep is offered the opportunity to enter into Aslan's country. A realm obscured by a supernatural wave, offering only a misty, faded glimpse beyond. After tearful goodbyes, the warrior mouse readily accepts and rows his boat up and over the wave, leaving the heartbroken yet joyful friends still in Narnia. This is how we all feel at times. There is a door to go through that is not scary, but, to coin a line from another movie, Gladiator, "Not yet! Not yet!"
