Go to your Objkt.com profile, and click on the Edit Profile button at the top right corner. In this example, I will be changing the name to "Abox", rather than Anything Box.
You will be directed to https://tzprofiles.com/ where you will connect your Tezos wallet.
Caveat: Make sure you connect with the address you want to change. For example, my Temple Wallet has three accounts. In this case, I will choose Anything Box, which I will want to read as "Abox" on Objkt.
After you connect, you will see the Credentials Screen. We are going to focus on Basic profile information.
The next part is the tricky part. You are going to delete the profile's basic info. Sounds scary, but it will not delete your wallet or NFTs. We will now delete the Basic Profile information. Click on the 3 little dots next to Action and choose delete. Again, don't worry. You are deleting your avatar, name, website link, and nothing else. Sign the transaction.
Once you initiate the delete function and sign it, your Credential Screen will look like this (takes about 3-5 minutes)... You will see that Verify is once again blue. Click on it and change your name!
Fill in all the info and click Submit. The last part is where the magic is. Click Upload Claims and sign the transaction (free). There will be a verification to sign and that's it.
After a few minutes, reload your Objkt profile and you will see your name changed... And next time you connect, it will display whatever name you associated with that wallet. That's it.
The last part can take up to 10 minutes, because the record is updated on the blockchain, and this requires several verifications. But it does work. I did all the steps. My suggestion is that you take your time to pick the right name, etc. It's not Twitter, where you change things on the fly. Everything on the blockchain prevents others from hacking you, so make it right.
