I wrote this song during pandemic times. I thought about all the stories and opportunities that never saw the light of day when lockdown started and I thought there was so much beauty that had gone unspoken because of it. I wrote it to honour those stories, and to give them the space to mourn their absence and, in some cases, their never coming to fruition.
