God Has a Plan

God Has a Plan

May 22, 2021

Today I shared my third podcast about God planing for your life. But there is so much more I'd like to share and show with you in His Word that there are reasons for His plan, and He Himself is held accountable to His Word.

See when God made the word is was all chaotic, (Gen 1:2), it was formless and void and darkness was over the face of the deep. But as we know this is the story of our creation (Gen 2:4) this is the history of the heavens and earth and when they were created. (The word heavens in this sense is for the sky.) So it's not the heaven where God or the angels are it's our sky.

So how did this become chaotic? The angels were made before us and also the war in heaven was before our creation. (Rev 12:7-9) A war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old called the Devil and Satan, who deceived the whole world: he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

But there were angels who were faithful to God. And God always remembers those who were faithful to Him. Plus He is just. How can God be just and faithful to His word at the same time? He creates us. Why Lucifer fell and wanted to show God that he could rise his kingdom above God. (Isaiah 14:12-14) emphasis on 13 and 14, "For you have said in your heart: I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will also sit on the mount of the congregation On the farthest sides of the north; I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High."

So God made us but He knew the devil, He made the devil. Therefore God made a plan. His plan was Jesus. He mentioned His coming to fulfill His promise in Genesis 3:15 right after the fall of man. "And I will put enmity between you and the woman and between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head and you shall bruise His heel." This was the promise of the cross. Jesus paid the price of death to overcome death. It was a bruise on His heel to die, but He rose and conquered death because He is sinless and by faith in Jesus we overcome death too. We will be resurrected when He returns as King.

But God keeps His Word. Palms 138:2 Even above Himself. "For You have magnified Your Word even above your own name."

This is why He sent Jesus His own Son. He knew that through one man sin came to existence. (Adam) He also knew that through one Man (Jesus) the price of sin can be paid for all man. His Word fulfilled so that with faith in Him we are redeemed from sin.

But God didn't leave us alone He gives us a helper the Holy Spirit to help us know how to live like Him to know if there is danger and safety, to guide us. (John 14:26 "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things I have said to you."

God is still making us in His image like we were first meant to be in the beginning. (Gen1:26) "Let us make man in our image. He doesn't quit on us just because we make mistakes. (Philippians 1:6) "being confident of this very thing, that He who began a work in you will complete it, until the day of Jesus Christ."

Plus He plans for our future things that are good for our peace. ( Jeremiah 29:11) For I know the thoughts I think towards you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope."

I know life gets hard and difficult but just remember, God knew before you did that what is happening to you, how you're feeling, and all the things you need before you do. He wants you to trust Him that He's planning for your future for hope and for peace. He needs to keep things from you so that the enemy doesn't know. Because our enemy the devil is like a roaring lion, roaming to and from across the earth seeking whom he may devour. (1 Peter 5:8-9)

Just like our kids trust us to take care of them, so God wants us to trust Him. (Matthew 6:24-25;32-33)
No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other, you can not serve God and mammon (god of materials) "Therefore I say to you do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about what you will put on. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of Heaven and His righteousness and all these things will be added to you.

Thank you for reading, I hope this has helped you.
