It's not always perfect!

It's not always perfect!

So I had my first selling "issue" tonight. A PS2 game I sold as tested and working was not in fact working well. I did a quick test on it but not an attempted play through. Buyer reached out and said it was freezing and having problems.

I offered a full refund and return or partial refund if they wanted to keep and resurface? Offered $20 refund. They said $15 would suffice. I immediately issued a $15 refund and said to contact me if the resurfacing doesn't fix things.

Take care of your customers. Keep them happy and you should continue to get good business. I'll also be a better and checking for scratches on discs I pick up while sourcing. Mistake on my part.
