From the past two months, we have focused our works in Honoring the Diwata from the Palawan groups of Island in the Philippine. Since we have consecrated Luntiang Aghama to be a Shrine of the Diwata, it houses 46 sacred names of the supreme Diwata. On the previous 2 months, as a Chief Priest of the Shrine, I made a private ritual invoking the Diwata. And as a result, we have invoked 2 supreme Diwata's coming from the same place but with different Tribal People who worship them. This new moon, in order to make sure that I am not manipulating the energies witin the ritual in calling the Diwata, I ask Lakay Magbaya Aghama and Mark Genesis Cheong to be with us in Invoking the Diwata.
Having companion in a Ritual makes the sacred space clear from my own energy. At least having a companion in a ritual makes the energies that rotates in the sacred space diverse as i do not want to impose all my energies and say that I just making all this things to impose my own will and desire. So why not open up the new moon ritual in Public? Well the Shrine have dedicated the new moon for members only gathering as we dedicated this time in resolving private matters concerning the administration and activities of the Shrine as well as in training of our Binabaylan in terms of Liturgical matters. But when an individual have attended Public Full Moon Ritual gathering for 3 consecutive times, that individual will receive a recommendation to become a dedicated member of the Shrine on which the individual could participate also in our New Moon gathering. Of course even that we are a religious corporation sole, we have made our by laws so that we may have a guide in administering the shrine. And our By Laws has become our discipline that we implement among Shrine Members.
This New Moon as we celebrate it on September 23, 2022 by 8:30 PM, the Diwata of the Katagalugan has Arrived and through Bathala Mark Genesis Cheong have received his new name as Lakan Abatal Aghama that incorporates the Duties and Responsibilities of being a Binabaylan of Bathala in Luntiang Aghama. I have worked with Bathala before and i even have made several works for Bathala such as the Panambitan Ritual and was able to compose two songs for him and the latest one is below:
