A September to Remember: Grow Gratitude

A September to Remember: Grow Gratitude

Sep 14, 2022

A gratitude journal is a self-care practice that takes only 15 minutes a day.

Take up this habit with me to cope with life's challenges and relieve stress.

Are you experiencing any of the following:

  • Not understanding how you think or feel and struggling to put this into words

  • Identifying emotions can be significantly challenging

  • Keeping a strict routine and becoming overwhelmed if this changes

  • Interest in unique topics and becoming fixated upon these

  • Difficulty socializing and making friends, spending time alone very often

“Let go of who you think you are supposed to be. Embrace who you are.”

-Brene Brown

This is the month to grow your gratitude if any or all of these affect you.

Here and on Instagram, we will be practicing our gratitude journaling together. We are creating a September to remember.

You may want to save this post to return to whenever it would you need it.

🌝A Gratitude Reflection: 3 Good Things

✨This therapeutic exercise is best used daily, at the end of your day. It aims to help you reflect on the good things in your life and so can help you boost your gratitude as well as overall happiness and well-being.

✨Step 1: Think of any three good things that happened today.

✨Step 2: Use this post to list them down in the comments

✨Step 3: While listing them down, also list why the good things happened. This is the most important exercise step, so do not skip the “why”!

Save this post to reflect at any time.
