Momento Mori
Greetings Wayfarers,
Just as the dawn follows the darkest part of night, so too does "breaking free" follow the darkest kinds of enslavement and ennui of the soul. As a fellow traveler I, too, experience the highs and lows of life's vicissitudes. Walking among towering megaliths of ancient and eldritch portent mired in the weeds of inattention and neglect, and yet, I know there is hope.
The darkest is yet to come. The solstice draws nigh. Still, most would agree that we make it both the happiest and busiest times of the year. When we should retreat into hibernation, the modern world pulls us out of our caves and brings us into the spirit of the season. The turning of the year. The birth of the sun. The holiest of all the ancient stories. Whatever your predilections in regards to folklore, the grand Winter Solstice is a time of tradition and romance.

Thus, we have developed systems of orientation in a world that supposedly spins beyond our comprehension. Or does it? hehe... The demarkation points along the heavenly transit remind us of what lies ahead. It seems one of humanities greatest endeavors is to dispel the mystery. Yet, there it looms before us at every step of the journey. What will tomorrow bring?
And the universe responds, sui generous of any effort on our part the seasons change, the sun rises, and the four hands of that alien antique grandfather clock tick endlessly away as a constant reminder that "Now is the Time!" With the rise of AI and the information superhighway, or "tool roads of the web," we are once again faced with that most daunting conundrum, "Which flavor of ice-cream do I really and truly want?" hehe... Obviously, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and only you know the taste of the water you are drinking.
I hope the holiday season finds you well and in good spirits. Though the way is long and arduous, I, and many others, walk alongside you towards the heights of spiritual cultivation.
