Dear Gartshore Gang!
Just before the holiday season in 2022, many of the items on our wishlist were graciously fulfilled, purchased, and put into action during our live streams. Thanks to the support of our audience, we now enjoy improved image quality, better lighting, and more control over audio. These upgrades may go unnoticed, but they have made a significant impact on the overall quality of our streams.
Unfortunately, one item has yet to arrive - the new organ bench. Despite placing the order and paying for it some time ago, and numerous calls and emails to the suppliers, a delivery date has yet to be confirmed. The bench is being shipped directly from its Italian manufacturers, who have been very helpful and are working to get it to us as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we'll have to be patient and keep our fingers crossed that it arrives before the old bench completely falls apart - it has now become a precarious plank of wood propped up on two temporary legs. The original legs gave out completely long ago, and we're worried that the seat may not be far behind. I just hope I don't fall through it one of these days!
