You can never go beyond what you believe about your environment and yourself (limiting beliefs) and these beliefs are buried in our subconscious minds. Consciously we say we believe we can achieve something, but our subconscious is telling you something different and it is the subconscious that is going to ultimately generate the actions needed for success.

Remember, the subconscious is also our habit center so it does things habitually based on our deep-rooted beliefs. To reprogram our subconscious, we must tell ourselves a different story and tell it often enough that it becomes our new belief. The mindset work must be done through constant spaced repetition to be effective.
