There are things that I just absolutely hate doing. Meal planning would be one of those things. Here is the thing, though, to achieve the goals that we set for ourselves there are going to be things that need to get done that we don't want to do. If you set your goal the way I have suggested in previous posts, it should be backed by your purpose which will spawn an intrinsic drive to do these things.
