New weekly challenge post. The theme was Power so I drew Starburst my Witch casting a big spell with her staff. Trying to get a glow affect off the crystals as well as movement in her hair and cloak and then the light-source but I really like how it turned out. Here is Starburst as a sticker version of her too. Enjoy!!
