For as long as I can remember, I have had a dream to be part of Sir David Attenborough's photography crew and travel the world meeting fascinating people and photographing the places we visit. 

For some 30 years, I got sidetracked by a career in Information Technology but my passion for photography and people was ever-present. 

At the tender age of 46 I made the decision that I could no longer subdue my wanderlust and desire to explore this rock in space I inhabit. 

So I began making the necessary changes to put myself in a position to start travelling. 

In June 2021 I sold my home of some 20 years. 

Later that month I purchased a 26-year-old Hymer motorhome.

Now I am starting to plan my route and putting in place the foundations to ensure I am able to earn a living whilst I embark on this lifelong dream.

It is my intention to document my travels, the people I meet, the wildlife and the beauty of nature as I embark on a mission to visit 30 countries in the UK and Europe, and with your support, hopefully further afield.

I will publish content that is aimed to both educate and entertain you and hopefully give you an authentic view into long term life on the move and the viability of you being able to successfully earn while you travel.

Many people I have spoken with since the COVID pandemic hit have expressed a desire to travel more as they have re-evaluated their priorities.
