Screen Time Limits - Raising Gamers Episode 1

How much time kids get to play video games or have their phones/tvs/tablets has been a pretty hot discussion item for a while. A cursory search of parenting blogs/forums turned up a ton of results on it, but none of the things presented really resonated with me.
