My name is Harry Hall, ex-corporate project manager and creator of the ProjectRiskCoach.com! Early in my project management career, I lacked the confidence and know-how to manage projects successfully. And much of my struggle was due to poor risk management.

Fast forward past hundreds of projects and lessons learned and you would see the path I took to become a successful project manager, program manager, and enterprise risk manager.

I started blogging about project management in 2012 while managing an Enterprise Risk Management program for a large insurance company in Georgia. I had served as a project manager since 1998 and I wanted to share my experiences and knowledge (the good, the bad, & the ugly) with others.

I created the Project Risk Coach website to give you practical, actionable strategies, helping you reach more of your true potential.
