My son and I are heading out of town for a couple days to visit my grandfather on the other side of the state. The Hubs is having a boys night, so I'm not worried about what he will eat. When I get back on Tuesday, I plan to make a bunch of plain chicken so we can use it in different ways.

We are still getting most of our produce from our weekly CSA.

Master List

  • salad

  • carrots + celery

  • raspberries, blackberries

  • bananas

  • Dave's killer bread

  • chicken breasts (about 2.5 lbs already in freezer)

  • frozen pizza

  • Chobani yogurt

  • eggs + egg whites

  • fresh mozzarella (for caprese with tomato and basil)

  • yellow box Cheerios

Dinners

I want to make chicken tacos, grilled chicken, and maybe even some barbecue pulled chicken. I only have to plan 3 nights of dinner. We can have salad or whatever we get at the CSA. I might make Caprese salads with chicken one night.

Lunches

Hubs will eat his sandwiches, the kid and I will eat leftovers, salads, whatever is around after we get home.

Breakfasts

Cereal, oatmeal, smoothies, eggs, whatever is around.

Next week should be back to normal. Whatever normal is. :)
