There’s no better way to connect with your audience than a 1-1 video call. Offer advice, set up office hours, or simply give your audience a way to chat with you, and have a great time!
Log in to your Buy Me a Coffee account, and head over to the Extras page.
Use the pre-filled ‘1-1 consultation’ template or choose ‘Start from Scratch’.
Set a title, price, and add a short description if you like. Be sure to mention the duration of the call, and what it’s all about. (Tip: Because of the time commitment, we recommend setting a higher price per call.)
Use the ‘Confirmation message’ area to share your Calendly link (for instant appointment), or say that you’ll get back to them to co-ordinate the all. You’ll get their email right after the payment.
Use the ‘Questions’ field if you’d like to ask something before the call. This will help you prepare.
Set up maximum slots. You definitely don’t want to accept more bookings than you can manage 😄
Click ‘Add this extra’ and you’re all set!

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards.
30 minute calls are commonly priced at $50. However, we’ve seen creators charging anywhere from $20 to $200 per hour for the calls. Ultimately, its up to you how much you value the time spent per booking. Don’t forget to consider the preparation time involved.
You can message your attendees within BMC. They will be notified via email. You can also view and export their emails if you’d like to use a separate email software.
