don't be deceived by this philosophy that makes you think that those of us that do well with pen and paper are more intelligent than you.
They've made us think that only one kind of intelligence is valid
IT'S NOT TRUE.
THERE ARE DIFFERENT KINDS OF INTELLIGENCE BECAUSE OUR MINDS WORK DIFFERENTLY
The problem however, is not with our teachers, it's with the system.
The system has been ridiculously designed to access us only by one kind of intelligence and those of us who don't do well are termed dullards
The criteria by which our intelligences are judged is a defunct one.
Our educational systems has for long used this very subpar method to appraise who's intelligent and who's not.
Thankfully, time is exposing the deficiency of this method to all that care to notice.

Wait till you see me trying to plot a graph.
As kids, I could read and write better than all my siblings, however, I still learned to operate a computer and a mobile phone from my immediate junior brother who could only spell his name then but was a guru when it had to do with playing games on my mom's phone.
I could read but then phones only used icons, he could memorize things better than I could.
So I was useful when they needed someone to read the news or interpret or speak English.
I excel more with things that requires me to be creative and think outside the box.
I have a friend who did not so much as get a credit during his school days but this guy builds from his head, according to him, he imagines the plan and marks the ground from the plan in his head.
Me I get confused the moment it has to do with diagrams and drawings and equations.
I love more to imagine than to memorize.
OUR MINDS WORK DIFFERENTLY
Some of the various kinds of intelligence include ;
Linear: Here you'll find the mathematicians. People with this kind of intelligence thrive at solving equations.
Analytical: This is also known as academic intelligence. This kind of intelligence deals with logical reasoning aimed at arriving at one answer. It has to do with learning and answering questions based on what was learned.
Hyperlexia: These ones have beyond average word-reading skills. Writers fall in here too
Spatial/Navigational: These are the engineers, these people have a very strong mind's eye. They can visualize shapes abstractly without needing to see them even.
Musical: These ones are gifted in the art of music. That's why you'll come for choir rehearsals and find one uncle that can never sing a note right, it's not just that he's tone-deaf, he just doesn't have it.
Bodily kinesthetic: Under this category we have dancers and sportsmen
Naturalist: People here do well with farming, they have a natural ability to understand the ways of the green.
Creative Intelligence: These are the Artistes and artisans, designers, poets, creative writers, painters etc.
Sensory: These ones can give you a good massage
Emotional: These ones know how to influence other people's emotions
Intuitive: this one is said to be a higher realm of mind processing. It goes beyond analytical and logical reasoning. It's a form of high intuitive tendencies. This one is learned but takes a lot of training
SAY NO TO THE PRESSURE OF TRYING TO BE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.
