My realtor Tammy of Keller Williams Realty sent me my FIRST set of listings to review and all is can say is WOW!! Some of the kitchens in these listings have me wanting to make offers RIGHT NOW!!! There were also finished basements with half baths in a few as well, which is PERFECT for set up my Studio without having to working about losing a bedroom or the costs associated with working on an unfinished basement.
I'm looking to purchase within the vicinity of Centre City near Philadelphia. These homes are a 15 min drive, and under a 60 min walk which would be perfect in nicer weather days!
