We have been using Routenote for quite some time now and we are extremely happy with it. It takes some time to publish the songs so schedule it a couple of months before but it is the best way to distribute an album for free.

Cover Art: Album artwork files must be 3000x3000 pixels square (exactly) and must be in .jpeg/.jpg format. Routenote will pay you when your earnings reach at least 50$.
