After years of training and several fitness plans, I have finally put together my own that really works for me. The focus is weight training but it incorporates some cardio and HIIT. This split is a 4/5 days per week, with workouts roughly lasting between 1hr15 to 1hr30. Disclaimer: I am NOT a personal trainer and meal plans are not included in this. It is my workout plan only.
