These crackers are sooo delish!
Homemade gastronomic delight!
2 cups of flour
1 cup of cornmeal
1 cup of oats
salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup of oil
seeds, seeds and more seeds...I used flax, sunflower, sesame
chilli flakes (tons of them)
cayenne pepper (to taste)
water - as much as you need until the dough works into a non-stick ball
Bossy Instructions:
Let the dough rest for at least an hour.
Roll out very thin.
Cut into rounds.
I use sunflower seed oil to fry them in.
(You could bake them in the oven too - I don't have an oven).
Fry until as brown as you like them.
Drain on paper towel.
While they are hot I sprinkled salt on them.
......then CRUNCH to your hearts content.
