These crackers are sooo delish!

Homemade gastronomic delight!

  • 2 cups of flour

  • 1 cup of cornmeal

  • 1 cup of oats

  • salt

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 cup of oil

  • seeds, seeds and more seeds...I used flax, sunflower, sesame

  • chilli flakes (tons of them)

  • cayenne pepper (to taste)

  • water - as much as you need until the dough works into a non-stick ball

    Bossy Instructions:

  • Let the dough rest for at least an hour.

  • Roll out very thin.

  • Cut into rounds.

  • I use sunflower seed oil to fry them in.

    (You could bake them in the oven too - I don't have an oven).

  • Fry until as brown as you like them.

  • Drain on paper towel.

  • While they are hot I sprinkled salt on them.

  • ......then CRUNCH to your hearts content.
