I have added both the Madcatz TE and Hori HRAP3 Hitbox Files to the extras section. You can use these to get hitbox panels generated for your sticks today. Remember, non-commercial use only.
These layouts use the slightly modified RageousX Hitbox layout. They are not the same as the Official Hit Box company's layout.
