The "Mikrotank" Acrylic Fight Stick plans have been posted. If you've been watching any of my streams lately, I walked through the entire design process and covered some good points with Solidworks as well as some struggles as well. Word to the wise, AVOID INFINITE LINES!
The Mikrotank design is meant to inspire your creativity and give you a base to start from. Of course, its basic form, its very functional and rather fun as well. I have included the original Solidworks files, individual illustrator files, and even a few combined files to fit on the acrylic sheets that Ponoko offers. It's meant to be used with 5.6mm thick material, but can be adjusted in Solidworks and exported into DXF that Illustrator can read quite easily by changing some dimensions (slots in the top/bottom) and finger length on the sides.
INCLUDES: Sega 2P and HITBOX panels inside. Other sets will be available later.
Plans are $10 for non-members and $5 for members. This took a few hours to make up, and was never offered commercially, therefore it's a bit pricier than some of my other designs I have available. If you are one of the first five to get one made and email me pictures (First Five sets of pics received will be the five eligible) and you don't have a membership I'll give you one free. If you do have a membership and are one of the five; I'll refund the purchase price of the plans.
You will require some hardware; all details are listed in a notepad file included in the zipped plans.
Keep in mind, these should always be checked on your own to make sure a mistake wasn't made. The design is untested, but I am going to get some cut and shipped out for my own sake/use to validate them.
