Today, I am releasing my digital zine for communal healing and slowing down to the rest of the world. It has been molded with love and care, and genuine acceptance of all the dark and light sides of myself, especially when I struggled with postpartum anxiety and complex trauma in the last few years.
I believe that everyone deserves to have access to collective care, that cost should never be a barrier. The zine is free for all to download, share, and engage in communal care together.
