We all love to travel and we travel to different places for many reasons. Some travels for enjoyment, some travels to give a break from their daily routine, some for food, some simply to accompany their partners or friends and so on...

But have you ever heard that people travel to many places just for shopping? Yes or No just mention me in comments. 

So when people travel to any tourst destinations they like to purchase things from local areas, in that way they end up purchasing some interesting pretty good local stuffs. And in other cases people make sure to include Shopping in their itinerary.

So below are some places you can consider to do shopping when you visit that city:

Delhi: New Delhi has some very good options for shopping, but if you want to consider just one place then Chandni Chowk opposite to Red Fort is the one stop place for all you shopping and fooding trip.

Jaipur: Jaipur is one of the famous city amongst the tourist and so do for the ethnic shopping for Rajasthani items. Johari Bazar is the place in Jaipur for your consideration, its next to the famous Hawa Mahal and its Jaipur's Jewellery market.

Mumbai: Mumai also has a lot to offer Chor Bazaar is the famous market for all the used items, though you will get unused items as well, but its more famous for selling furnitures, vintage items, etc.

Surat: Surat is famous for two things Textiles as well as Diamonds, so for all your shopping needs you can visit Mahidharpura Diamond Market and you will surprise to see Diamonds selling on the street itself. So will you visit Surat for Diamonds or Cloths?

Kannauj: A lesser known but very famous city in Uttar Pradesh is Kannauj, you will surprise to know that people do visit's this city for shopping and the surprise is that they travel to this city to purchase perfume. Kannauj is also known as 'Perfume City' its near Kanpur/ Lucknow.

Jodhpur: Another Rajasthan's city made on this list. Sardar Market which is very famous for Rajasthani ethnic wears/ ornaments/ etc is in Jodhpur. Its next to Nai Sadak, please read the name of the place carefully its Sardar Market not Sadar Market.
