Welcome (Hello, World!)

I'm brand new at this, and I'm humbled to slowly increase my online presence.

I'm a returning adult classical pianist based in Sydney, Australia who performs regularly in public spaces for personal enjoyment. I used to study in the United States privately under a very gifted teacher, but like many obstinate young musicians, I ceased lessons as a teenager. I regret this.

As you know, times are tough and lessons aren't cheap. Even the price of coffee is going through the roof (...and I'm probably 50% powered by caffeine!)

My favourite composers are Beethoven, Brahms, Chopin, Schubert, and Liszt. Just don't ask me to play Liszt.

I have Absolute Pitch (aka "Perfect Pitch") and arrange lots of contemporary and Latin music. One day, I may reinterpret classical pieces into Latin styles.
