i would like to start a fund raiser to help purchase this property!, its currently on the market for a discount rate at $110,000 for 5.80 acres, 22,000 (22%) downpayment with 748/mo/30yrs. its not much but a shed cabin in the woods, no sewer utilities or trash! but its a start. this would be a great place to have for me and my puppup yoda!, its also a place i could build from scratch and live off grid. so far we have <$300/this post will be updated every month.>
